KMG is known for its boutique approach by carefully selecting our talent boards and ensuring that no one is lost in the numbers, we focus on opportunities in the Southeast region as well as scouting,developing, and placing talent in larger markets. 

Founded by Matthew Gonzales, who has been in the modeling and acting industry developing talent for over two decades. He has worked for IMG Models in New York, Warning Models in Beverly Hills, and scouted for DNA Models in the South Region.
