Founder and Owner, Matthew Gonzales has been in the modeling and acting industry developing talent for 17 years.  He has worked for IMG Models in New York, Warning Models in Los Angeles, scouted for DNA Models in the South Region and has been a National Director for Talent INC. for the last 6 years.  He has established a strong network of clients and have placed thoughtfully selected talent locally as well as in larger markets. KNOWN management is currently auditioning for local placement and direct bookings in other markets.
